Tiffany Scott-Clemente

Board Member

Tiffany Scott-Clemente is a California Native and grew up in Inglewood, California. She attended Otis/Parsons and graduated with a degree in Fashion Design and Art. She also attended Pepperdine where she worked in her MBA. Tiffany has worked as a designer for companies ranging from Couture to sportswear and has produced her own Capsule Collection that has sold in California Boutiques. Sustainability has always been part of her platform, and she LOVES Up Cycling Denim. She has worked with Regard Magazine for 11 years and is now the Fashion Editor.
The magazine specializes in giving Actors/Actresses a fashion platform while Allowing them to further their connection with their fans. She recently completed covers for GLAMOUR, L’OFFICIEL, BAZAAR, ELLE AND FORBES. Tiffany’s costume work included movies, music videos, commercials, infomercials, theatrical production, and most recently the SAN PEDRO BALLET. Tiffany loves to Give Back and has volunteered since she was a teenager. She has a nonprofit that feeds and clothes the homeless and she LOVES working with young people and being a mentor. Her work with the Positive Results Center (PRC) for the PROM GIFT AWAY is always a highlight of the year, and she looks forward to
being an even bigger asset to PRC I the coming years.

Julie Fermino

Board Member

Julie Fermino is a third-generation California native, and my father is from Trinidad. Being raised in a multicultural home gave me an insight into the world from an international perspective.
I started with SoCalGas in 2002 as a part-time meter reader. My journey took me on a decade-and-a-half path within Customer Service Field Operations. One key observation throughout my journey was the minimal and sometimes nonexistent
female minority faces in the field, especially in Field Operations Management. I currently hold the title of SoCalGas Damage Prevention Supervisor over the Southeast Region, overseer of the Repeat Offender Program, and VP of Admin for VIBE (Voices Inspiring Black Employees). I have appreciated the opportunity my
career has afforded me to showcase women possess a mechanical mindset. To have a lead role in VIBE allows for a more diversified ERG and ignites an overdue awareness of much-needed cultural growth within our company. I hope to be an influence that sustains females in nontraditional roles and provides a pillar of great change before my retirement. In my off time, I enjoy spending quality vacation time with my family and broadening my children’s horizons. There is no ceiling on the road of growth.

Brittany S. Lieteau

Board Member

Brittany S. Lieteau is a highly experienced payroll professional with over a decade of expertise in payroll processing and management. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to compliance, Brittany has established herself as a reliable and proficient leader in the payroll domain. Her journey in the payroll industry began at CAPS Universal, where she served as a Payroll Coordinator, manually processing timecards and managing entertainment
payroll for over 700 artists. This experience laid the foundation for her career, instilling in her a meticulous approach to payroll processing. Brittany further honed her skills at Entravision Communications, where she held roles as an HR Generalist and later as an HR Manager. In these positions, she managed HR
duties across multiple states and oversaw the payroll process for a sizable workforce, gaining invaluable experience in payroll administration and HR management. Continuing her trajectory, Brittany joined Stradling Yocca Carlson and Rauth as a
Payroll Coordinator, where she was responsible for processing full-cycle payroll for a large employee base using ADP Workforce Now. Her proficiency in payroll systems and attention to detail ensured accurate and timely payroll processing for the organization.
With a solid foundation in payroll management, Brittany’s career progressed to roles of increasing responsibility. At Avetta, LLC, she served as a Payroll Supervisor, overseeing workflow management and implementing quality control measures to ensure
accurate payroll processing. Her expertise extended to implementing Canadian payroll using ADP Streamline, demonstrating her adaptability and technical acumen. Brittany’ss journey in payroll management culminated in her current role as a Payroll Manager at Nuna, Inc., where she leads the processing of multi-state semi-monthly payroll and provides comprehensive oversight of the ADP payroll system. Her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, managing taxation, and
providing ongoing support to employees. Brittany’s dedication to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality has earned her the
trust and confidence of her colleagues and stakeholders.
Brittany S. Lieteau a native of Los Angeles, California, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Her educational background, coupled with her extensive
experience in payroll management, underscores her expertise in financial operations and business administration. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence, Brittany S. Lieteau remains a respected figure in the payroll management field, continuously striving to deliver superior results and drive organizational success.

Brianna Odom

Board Member

Brianna Odom is a Southern California native who attended and graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She began her career with Aerotek while studying Psychology as a
Talent Acquisition intern almost 10 years ago. While studying for her master’s degree, she continued her career with the organization in a contract role as a Diversity Sourcer, exploring her passion for diversity recruitment while expanding her territory’s college recruitment strategy to include a more diverse talent pool. Shortly before graduating from her Masters program, she began a full-time career with Aerotek’s talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting for the West region where she spent
eight and a half years attracting talent to the organization in over 10 different states and countless cities. Brianna made the transition to a full-time career in Inclusion and Diversity as a Program Manager with the organization in 2019. In that role, she was responsible for developing and leading programs to
support inclusion and diversity efforts within Aerotek’s Marketplace, Operations, and People pillars. Shortly after that, Brianna was elevated to lead Aerotek’s Engineering and Sciences business unit as Head of Inclusion and Diversity. In that role, Brianna was responsible for leading all internal and external inclusion and diversity efforts for Aerotek and its sister company, EASi. Her duties included leading the marketplace outreach strategy, leveraging data transparency to drive organizational equity, and inclusive leadership development for the organization’s internal workforce. Now Brianna works as the Sr. Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Cloud Data Management The company, Rubrik where she continues to teach people to be more inclusive, creates space for people from historically underrepresented backgrounds and works to propel the organization forward on its DEI
journey. By channeling her passion and commitment to inclusive leadership development, Brianna is aiding the organization in its goal to create a safe and inclusive environment where diversity thrives, and people are valued for their unique perspectives, experience, and performance.

A Masterful trainer, Certified Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Prevention Advocate, Kandee specializes in Trauma Awareness, Teen Dating Violence, Healthy Relationships, Leadership and developing youth to be Peer Advocates and Safety Partners.

Kandee has received numerous awards & honors including 2018 Hope Award in Education; 2017 Women of the Year, Education, from L.A. County Board of Supervisors & Commission for Women; and 2017, Vanguard Award Most Influential African American’s In Los Angeles, Mover and Shaker Category, 2016 Humanitarian Award, 2015 Woman of the Year; and the 2014 Woman of Distinction.

Kandee has trained with The National Association of Sisters of Color Ending Sexual Assault, California Coalition Against Sexual Assault & Women of Color Network. She is a Founding Board Member for South Los Angeles Homeless (TAY) and Foster Care Collaborative, Compton’s Policing & Education Task Force, Los Angeles City Attorney’s Domestic Violence Round Table, and Los Angeles Mayor’s Human Trafficking Portal.

Previously, Kandee served as Harbor Area Planning Commissioner for the City of Los Angeles, and on the Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council. Prior to 2008, Kandee was a successful sales & hiring manager in Corporate America, retiring as Vice President of Sales and Interim President of a technology company.

Born & raised in Los Angeles, and married for 36 years, Kandee and her husband Carl have 3 adult children, and a Pit Bull! Thanks to the love of her family, especially her mother—Daisy Newsom—she is the woman she is today.
