Meet Our Youth Outreach Team

Our Youth Outreach Team is one of the things we are most proud of at Positive Results Center because these incredible young people are not just learning about leadership, they are living it.

All of our Youth Outreach Team members began their journey with PRC through our Mental Health Ambassador Program (MHAP). As Mental Health Ambassadors, over 12 weeks they learned about mental health and wellness, healthy relationships, consent and boundaries, healing, peer support, public speaking, advocacy, and how to use their own voices and experiences to help others.

But we didn’t want their journey to end when the program ended.

We wanted to create opportunities for our young people to take everything they learned, pour it back into their communities, continue developing as leaders, and get paid for their work.

Today, our Youth Outreach Team serves as peer educators, advocates, facilitators, resource connectors, and trusted voices in the community. You will find them in schools, on college campus’, at community events and resource fairs, facilitating workshops, talking with other young people about mental health and healthy relationships, sharing resources, recruiting our next group of Mental Health Ambassadors, and helping us stay connected to what young people are experiencing and what they need.

And they teach us, too.

They remind us that if we truly want to reach young people, we have to listen to young people. We have to trust them, invest in them, compensate them for their work, and give them real opportunities to lead.

Our Youth Outreach Team has also become an important part of the Mental Health Ambassador Program. New Ambassadors get to see young people who once sat where they are sitting now leading workshops, representing PRC in the community, earning income, mentoring others, and using their voices to create change.

That is what we want.

At Positive Results Center, we don’t simply want young people to participate in our programs. We want them to grow with us. We want them to discover their power, strengthen their voices, develop their gifts, and know they have something valuable to contribute to their communities and to the world.

They are not just our future leaders.

They are leaders right now.

Courtney Williams is a dedicated public service leader with 10 years of leadership experience in a government agency. As a supervisor, Courtney brings a strong commitment to developing people, solving complex challenges, and supporting organizational success through thoughtful and strategic leadership.

Courtney’s areas of expertise include human capital management, problem-solving, strategic planning, and conflict resolution. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding, along with a professional certificate in Human Resources.

Driven by a passion for service and making a positive impact, Courtney prioritizes volunteering in support of societal causes and actively serves within her church community.

As a board member, Courtney is committed to contributing her leadership experience, collaborative approach, and passion for people and service to help advance the organization’s mission and strengthen the community it serves.

Brittany S. Lieteau is a highly experienced payroll professional with over a decade of expertise in payroll processing and management. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to compliance, Brittany has established herself as a reliable and proficient leader in the payroll domain. Her journey in the payroll industry began at CAPS Universal, where she served as a Payroll Coordinator, manually processing timecards and managing entertainment
payroll for over 700 artists. This experience laid the foundation for her career, instilling in her a meticulous approach to payroll processing. Brittany further honed her skills at Entravision Communications, where she held roles as an HR Generalist and later as an HR Manager. In these positions, she managed HR
duties across multiple states and oversaw the payroll process for a sizable workforce, gaining invaluable experience in payroll administration and HR management. Continuing her trajectory, Brittany joined Stradling Yocca Carlson and Rauth as a
Payroll Coordinator, where she was responsible for processing full-cycle payroll for a large employee base using ADP Workforce Now. Her proficiency in payroll systems and attention to detail ensured accurate and timely payroll processing for the organization.
With a solid foundation in payroll management, Brittany’s career progressed to roles of increasing responsibility. At Avetta, LLC, she served as a Payroll Supervisor, overseeing workflow management and implementing quality control measures to ensure
accurate payroll processing. Her expertise extended to implementing Canadian payroll using ADP Streamline, demonstrating her adaptability and technical acumen. Brittany’ss journey in payroll management culminated in her current role as a Payroll Manager at Nuna, Inc., where she leads the processing of multi-state semi-monthly payroll and provides comprehensive oversight of the ADP payroll system. Her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, managing taxation, and
providing ongoing support to employees. Brittany’s dedication to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality has earned her the
trust and confidence of her colleagues and stakeholders.
Brittany S. Lieteau a native of Los Angeles, California, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Her educational background, coupled with her extensive
experience in payroll management, underscores her expertise in financial operations and business administration. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence, Brittany S. Lieteau remains a respected figure in the payroll management field, continuously striving to deliver superior results and drive organizational success.

Tony Newsom became a Los Angeles Police Officer August 14, 1989. In 1991, he founded the LAPD West Valley version of the Jeopardy “balancing the odds” program to intercept kids who were at risk of becoming gang members.

In 1992, he founded the Positive Results Corporation to help you to think positive and to reach out beyond the imagination in order to set and achieve new goals. He help place the Positive Results program into 5 School Districts.

In 1995, he helped the Los Angeles Police Department start the Operation South Bureau of Jeopardy “balancing the odds” and spread the Jeopardy program in 77th Division, South East & Harbor Division.

In 2005 Tony Newsom began leading the LAPD Pacific Cadet Program.

From 2011 until now Tony has been the Class Leader of the Los Angeles Police Departments Cadet Leadership Academy which has approximately 500 + graduates twice annually.

Tony also is Chapter Leader of HOPE worldwide Southern California.

He also develops Mobile Apps for the Los Angeles Police Department and other safety entities through his new founded corporation, Community Policing Apps SPC.
