Christina Jones is a strategic advisor and attorney with nearly 15 years of experience advancing initiatives that strengthen communities and systems. She serves as a Senior Executive Advisor for Programs and Operations at Positive Results Center, where she supports program design, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Christina brings deep expertise in fundraising, communications, and cross-sector partnerships, helping organizations expand their impact and sustainability. As the founder of Command Joy Co., she has helped mission-driven organizations secure significant funding and build strong, effective infrastructures. Her work is rooted in a commitment to equity, survivor-centered approaches, and creating safer, more resilient communities.
Administrative Bookkeeper
Anne Felton is a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional with extensive experience supporting daily operations, financial processes, and organizational efficiency. Skilled in managing accounts, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Recognized for reliability, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities, with the flexibility to provide administrative support as needed.
Human Resources Consultant
Teresa R. Fleming MS, MBA serves as the HR Consultant for Positive Results Center, where she leads the development and implementation of the organization’s human resources infrastructure. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, bringing both behavioral insight and strategic business acumen to her work.
With extensive experience in California compliance, payroll systems, employee relations, and nonprofit HR operations, Teresa partners closely with leadership to build structured, people-centered processes that support both mission and growth.
As Founder of HR Maven Collective™, she specializes in transforming HR from an administrative function into a strategic foundation—ensuring policies, performance management, onboarding, and compliance systems align with organizational values and long-term sustainability.
Kiana Dobson
Program Manager
Kiana Dobson is an alumna of both Occidental College and Boston University School of Public Health, where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s respectively. Through her work, she strives to fight inequity and improve community health. She is particularly focused on increasing wellness, education, and opportunity for vulnerable and underprivileged populations. She has served in various roles including volunteer sexual assault counselor, program coordinator for a community advisory board, program coordinator for an HIV prevention program, and lead facilitator for the Mental Health Ambassadors Program at PRC. In her free time, she enjoys games, reading, and relaxing with family and friends.

Yaya (Britney) is a mother first—always. Motherhood is the center of her existence, the lens through which she understands responsibility, protection, purpose, and love. Everything she does flows from that place. Professionally, Yaya is a cost controller overseeing large-scale oil refinery projects across America, navigating high-pressure environments with precision, discipline, and integrity. Beyond her career, she is deeply committed to bringing visibility to Black women’s health and mental wellness—advocating in spaces where Black women are too often overlooked, unheard, or underserved. Her work is rooted in lived experience, shaped by trauma, resilience, and a lifelong commitment to healing—not just for herself, but for her community. Joining the PRC board was never about a title; it was about communal responsibility. When Yaya witnessed Malinda and Ms. Kandee leading with love, doing the work consistently, and embracing people as family—not selectively, but fully—she recognized a healing space she wanted to protect and contribute to. Being welcomed in that way, and seeing that same care extended to everyone around them, affirmed her decision to lend her voice, labor, and heart to PRC’s mission. For Yaya, this role is about showing up, making Black women visible, and pouring into a community that believes healing is collective.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I bring a heart for service that began early in life. My commitment started at 15, volunteering as a candy striper at Daniel Freeman Hospital and participating in the AIDS Walk. These experiences planted seeds of compassion and advocacy that have shaped my career.
My commitment to serving underserved communities deepened through my own life and health journey. These experiences opened my heart to the profound struggles many face when trying to access care, find their voice, and navigate systems not designed for them.
With a Master’s in Public Administration and over 17 years of experience in human resources across healthcare, higher education, and the public sector, I have dedicated my career to advocating for people and breaking down the barriers that keep them from thriving.
My most meaningful work is with the Positive Results Center (PRC), where I find my greatest purpose. PRC’s mission to prevent and end trauma from domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and sexual assault—especially within BIPOC communities—is some of the most critical and beautiful work happening in Los Angeles.
I am honored and excited to serve on this board alongside such incredible advocates and healers. The programs PRC offers—from Youth Leadership Development and the Mental Health Ambassador Program to Healing through Trauma and the beloved Prom Dress Gift-Away—don’t just provide services; they restore dignity, build confidence, and create safe spaces where young people and families can heal and discover their dreams.
Brittany S. Lieteau

Brittany S. Lieteau is a highly experienced payroll professional with over a decade of expertise in payroll processing and management. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to compliance, Brittany has established herself as a reliable and proficient leader in the payroll domain. Her journey in the payroll industry began at CAPS Universal, where she served as a Payroll Coordinator, manually processing timecards and managing entertainment
payroll for over 700 artists. This experience laid the foundation for her career, instilling in her a meticulous approach to payroll processing. Brittany further honed her skills at Entravision Communications, where she held roles as an HR Generalist and later as an HR Manager. In these positions, she managed HR
duties across multiple states and oversaw the payroll process for a sizable workforce, gaining invaluable experience in payroll administration and HR management. Continuing her trajectory, Brittany joined Stradling Yocca Carlson and Rauth as a
Payroll Coordinator, where she was responsible for processing full-cycle payroll for a large employee base using ADP Workforce Now. Her proficiency in payroll systems and attention to detail ensured accurate and timely payroll processing for the organization.
With a solid foundation in payroll management, Brittany’s career progressed to roles of increasing responsibility. At Avetta, LLC, she served as a Payroll Supervisor, overseeing workflow management and implementing quality control measures to ensure
accurate payroll processing. Her expertise extended to implementing Canadian payroll using ADP Streamline, demonstrating her adaptability and technical acumen. Brittany’ss journey in payroll management culminated in her current role as a Payroll Manager at Nuna, Inc., where she leads the processing of multi-state semi-monthly payroll and provides comprehensive oversight of the ADP payroll system. Her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, managing taxation, and
providing ongoing support to employees. Brittany’s dedication to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality has earned her the
trust and confidence of her colleagues and stakeholders.

Director of Reproductive Justice and Maternal Health
Malinda Rochelle Lewis is a Los Angeles–based reproductive justice leader, strategist, and storyteller committed to advancing health equity and healing-centered systems for Black families. She currently serves as Director of Reproductive Justice and Maternal Health at Positive Results Center, where she designs and leads community-informed initiatives addressing trauma, prevention, and the structural conditions impacting Black birthing people and families.
A full-spectrum doula, Malinda holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and an M.A. in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Her approach is grounded in the belief that thriving Black families are essential to collective liberation. Malinda’s work sits at the intersection of community wisdom, systems change, and culturally grounded care.
Outside of her professional work, Malinda finds joy in dancing and gut deep laughter. Malinda’s leadership is informed by lived experience, interdisciplinary training, and a deep commitment to Black liberation.

Crystal Gayle Graham is an Alumni from California State University, Dominguez Hills of Carson, CA where she received her Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a Minor Degree in Child Development: Early Childhood Education in 2016.
Crystal’s passion to work with children and underserved populations developed at a very young age. After obtaining her degree, Crystal has since worked in drug rehabilitation for Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc.; Compton Unified School District in the Special Education Department; for The Positive Results Corporation working with communities of color; and has her own nonprofit organization where she commits to doing community projects throughout the year to help serve the homeless and people from all walks of life who are in need.

Kandee has received numerous awards & honors including 2018 Hope Award in Education; 2017 Women of the Year, Education, from L.A. County Board of Supervisors & Commission for Women; and 2017, Vanguard Award Most Influential African American’s In Los Angeles, Mover and Shaker Category, 2016 Humanitarian Award, 2015 Woman of the Year; and the 2014 Woman of Distinction.

Prior to 2008, Kandee was a successful sales & hiring manager in Corporate America, retiring as Vice President of Sales and Interim President of a technology company.
